Can’t see yours? Email us and a real person will answer, usually within a couple of hours in support hours.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan is free for 14 days, with no card needed. If you don’t add a card by the end, your account simply pauses.
Can I bring my bookings from my current system?
Yes. Send us an export or a spreadsheet and we’ll bring across your clients and future bookings. It’s free on Team and we do it all for you on Multi-site.
What happens if I run out of texts?
Extra texts are 5p each, and we’ll email you when you’ve used 80% of your monthly allowance. Email reminders are always unlimited.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They book with a name, email and phone number. Regulars can save their details for next time if they want to.
How do card payments work?
You connect your own payment provider and money goes straight to your bank account. Their standard fees apply; we don’t add anything on top.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Any time, from Settings. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans can be cancelled for a refund of the full months left.
Where is my data kept?
On servers in the UK, backed up every night. You can export everything as CSV files whenever you like, and delete your account yourself.
